疏浚泥泵前衬板材料汽蚀与磨蚀试验

摘要: 针对大型疏浚泥泵前衬板耐汽蚀性能差的问题,提出采用弹性体材料来替代现有高铬合金钢材料,减缓衬板过流面的汽蚀和磨蚀破坏。通过汽蚀与磨蚀性能试验发现,相比弹性体60、聚氨酯95、高铬合金钢,聚氨酯72耐汽蚀和磨蚀性能更加优异,将其应用于泥泵衬板,可有效改善目前高铬合金钢衬板耐汽蚀和磨蚀性能差的现状,延长使用寿命。

Abstract: In view of the poor anti-cavitation performance of large dredged mud pump front liner,this paper proposes to replace the existing high chromium alloy steel material with elastomer material,which can slow down the cavitation and abrasire damage to the lining surface.Through the tests of cavitation and abrasion,it is found that polyurethane 72 was more resistant to cavitation and abrasion than elastomer 60,polyurethane 95 and high chromium alloy steel.It could be applied to the mud pump liner,which could effectively improve the corrosion resistance performance of the present high chromium alloy steel liner and extend the usage periodic.
