煤矿应急救援中融合型应急广播系统的应用

摘要: 井下应急救援是煤矿安全生产工作的重要内容,应急救援通信已成为开展井下应急救援工作不可或缺的技术手段。分析了基于模拟广播技术的应急广播系统、基于IP广播技术的应急广播系统、基于CAN广播技术的应急广播系统的系统组成及特点,并对煤矿融合型应急广播系统架构以及对系统的通信、人员定位、车辆管理等功能进行了详细讨论。研究表明:应急广播系统将在矿井应急救援指挥、区域应急指挥、井下紧急呼救、逃生路线引导、人员动态跟踪、视频联动跟踪等方面发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: Mine emergency rescue is an important part of the safety production work in coal mine,emergency rescue communication is becoming an indispensable technique for mine emergency rescue work.The types emergency broadcast system are mainly for the emergency broadcast system based on analog radio technique,the emergency broadcast system based on IP radio technique and the emergency broadcast system based on CAN radio technique,the composition and characteristics of the systems are analyzed,and the structure and the functions of communication,personnel positioning and vehicle management of mine integrated emergency broadcast system are studied in depth.The study results show that greater role of emergency broadcast system will be paid in mine emergency rescue command,regional emergency command,underground emergency call,escape route guidance,personnel dynamic tracking and video linkage tracking.
