某难选金矿石选矿试验

摘要: 某难选金矿石金品位3.21 g/t,嵌布粒度较细,金主要赋存状态为单体金、裂隙金、包裹金,主要载金矿物为石英、黄铁矿、褐铁矿、长石。为回收利用矿石中的金,通过比较单一浮选、重选—浮选、重选—浮选—磁选3种工艺后,采用重选—浮选—磁选流程进行选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 72%的条件下,原矿经重选—1粗2精2扫闭路浮选—磁选流程选别,可获得产率6.71%、金品位40.57 g/t、回收率85.12%的混合金精矿,可供确定选矿工艺流程参考。 金矿物|磨矿细度|重选|浮选|FY101

Abstract: Gold grade of an intractable gold ore is 3.21 g/t,the disseminated grain size is fine. The main occurrence state of gold is monolithic gold,fissure gold and inclusive gold,the major gold-bearing minerals are quartz,pyrite,limonite and feldspar. In order to recyle the gold in the ore,beneficiation test by gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation was carried out,after  comparing the single flotation,gravity separation-flotation,gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation. The results show that,at the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 72%,mixed gold concentrate with yield of 6.71%,grade of 40.57 g/t,recovery of 85.12% was obtained,via gravity separation,one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging closed flotation,magnetic separation,which could be used for the reference to determine the processing flowsheet.
