利比里亚邦矿边坡角确定及稳定性分析

摘要: 利比里亚邦矿是中国在海外投资规模较大的露天铁矿,未来大规模开采形成的边坡稳定性是确保露天安全开采的关键。为了确定合理的边坡角参数,采用极限平衡法对不同最终边坡角边坡和台阶边坡角工作帮的安全系数进行了求解分析,给出了在满足安全要求下的最终边坡角建议值和工作帮边坡角建议值。通过对建议边坡角的典型剖面进行稳定性数值模拟,分析了边坡岩体的变形特征和塑性区分布特征,进而验证了极限平衡法确定的边坡角的可靠性。

Abstract: Liberia Bang Iron Mine is a larger oversea open-pit iron mine of China.The stability of the slope formed by large scale mining activities in the further is the key factor to guarantee the safety open-pit mining of the mine.In order to determine the reasonable slope angle of the mine,the safety coefficients of the slopes with different final slope angles and the working slopes with different slope step slope angles are calculated by adopting limit equilibrium method.The recommended values of final slope angle and working slope angle under the conditions of meeting the safety requirements are given.By conducting stability numerical simulation of typical slopes with the recommended values of final slope angle,the deformation characteristics and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the slope rock mass are analyzed in detail,besides that,the rationality of the slope angle determined by using limit equilibrium method in this paper is verified.
