云南羊拉铜矿里农矿段采空区充填方案优化

Optimization of Goaf Filling Scheme of Linong Ore Section of Yangla Copper Mine in Yunnan Province

摘要: 采用空场法开采易遗留大量采空区,采空区的存在既影响了矿山安全生产,又影响了对矿产资源进行有效回收,造成了矿产资源损失。羊拉铜矿里农矿段主要采用底盘漏斗空场法、全面法、近地表崩落法、房柱法生产,经过多年开采,采空区体积已达到117.55万m3。结合矿山生产实际情况,采用充填方案处理采空区,并采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法对充填方案进行了优化,确定了充填方式及充填体强度,可为同类矿山采空区处理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Many goafs can be left by using open stope mining method.The safety production and effective recycling of mineral resources of mine are affected by the existence of goaf,which caused the loss of mineral resources.The main mining methods of Linong Ore Section of Yangla Copper Mine are chassis funnel open stoping method,comprehensive method,nearsurface caving method and roomandpillar mining method.After many years mining production,the volume of goaf is reached to 1 175 500 m3.Based on the actual production situation of the mine,the filling scheme is adopted to deal with the goaf,and the filling scheme is optimized by using FLAC3D numerical simulation method,and the filling method and filling body strength are determined.The above study results related to the optimization of goaf filling scheme of Linong Ore Section of Yangla Copper Mine can provide some reliable reference for goaf treatment of the mine or the similar mines.
