胡底煤矿高突矿井低透煤层工作面瓦斯抽采技术方案

摘要:  随着胡底煤矿生产规模增大,原采用的风排瓦斯、顺层钻孔及顶板下向钻孔抽采瓦斯的治理方案不足以保证工作面瓦斯浓度处于安全范围内。以该矿3#煤层工作面为例,对高突矿井低透煤层的瓦斯抽采技术方案进行了研究,通过增加煤层底板岩巷并在岩巷中布置底板穿层钻孔进行瓦斯抽采,并在未采掘区域内配合地面煤层气井抽采瓦斯。实践表明:该方案的成功实施使得该工作面的瓦斯抽采量由6.6m3/min增加至14.48m3/min,瓦斯抽采率由18%上升至405%,工作面瓦斯抽采达标,有效解决了工作面瓦斯超限的问题,从而确保了工作面安全高效生产。

Abstract: The gas control technical measures about gas emission by wind,bedding drilling and downward drilling of roof are obtained in Hudi Coal Mine.With the increasing of the production scale of Hudi Coal Mine,the above gas extraction technical measures can not guarantee the gas concentration of working face within the safety scope of indicators.Taking the working face of 3# coal seam in Hudi Coal Mine as the study example,the technical scheme for gas extraction of the working face in low permeability coal seam in high outburst pit is studied.According to the scheme,the gas can be extracted effectively by adding coal seam floor rock roadway and setting roof penetrating drills in the rock roadway,besides that,combing with the ground coalbed gas wells and the scheme proposed in this paper to extract the gas in the area without any mining or stripping activities.The practice results of the scheme proposed in this paper show that the gas extraction quantity is increased from 6.6 m3/min to14.48 m3/min,the gas gas extractive rate is increased from 18% to 40.5%,the gas extraction effective of the working face can meet the requirements of gas extraction,the gas overrun problem of the working face is solved,and the safety and efficient production of the working face is guaranteed.
