安徽马鞍山东山铁矿Ⅰ区剩余资源开发方案可行性论证

Discussion on the Development Feasibility of the Remaining Resources of Ⅰ Area in Dongshan Iron Mine in Maanshan City,Anhui Province

摘要: 为有效开发东山铁矿Ⅰ区剩余资源,从露天开采和地下开采两个角度进行了资源开发方案可行性论证分析。经分析,露天开采方案的剥采比(701,743m3/m3)大于经济合理剥采比(571m3/m3),经济上不合理,且不利于露天边坡安全稳定;地下开采方案建设投资大,税后投资回收期大于矿山服务年限,经济效益不显著。综合分析认为,在当前市场行情及技术经济条件下,暂时不宜开发Ⅰ区剩余资源,待市场行情趋好、技术经济条件具备时再行回采。

Abstract: In order to make full development of the remaining resources of I Area in Dongshan Iron Mine,the development feasibility of the remaining resources of I Area is discussed from the two aspects of openpit mining and underground mining.The results show that stripping ratio of openpit mining scheme are 701,743 m3/m3,and they are larger than the economic reasonable stripping ratio (571 m3/m3),so the openpit mining scheme is economically irrational,and the safety and stability of slope cannot be guaranteed by implementing the scheme;the investment of underground mining scheme is large,the aftertax investment payback period is longer than mine service duration,which indicated that the economic benefits of underground mining scheme is not obvious.The comprehensive analysis results further show that under the current market situations and economic and technical conditions,the remaining resources of I Area in Dongshan Iorn Mine cannot be developed temporarily.When the market situation is getting better and the economic and technical conditions are available,the remaining resources of I Area in Dongshan Iorn Mine can be developed.
