某难选磁铁矿与镜铁矿混合矿选矿试验

摘要: 为高效回收利用安徽某磁铁矿与镜铁矿混合铁矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上,决定采用阶段磨矿—弱磁—筛分—中磁—强磁—阴离子反浮选工艺流程,在1段粗磨条件下,通过弱磁选—筛分组合工艺可以提前获得部分合格铁精矿产品;中磁技术的引进,可以有效降低强磁选磁性夹杂,最终获得的铁精矿产率为39.65%,铁品位为66.91%,铁回收率为80.57%,试验指标良好。

Abstract: For high efficient recycling mixed ore of magnetite and specularite from Anhui,on the basis of ore properties,stage grinding,low intensity magnetic separationscreeningmid magnetic separationhigh intensity magnetic separationanionic reverse flotation process was decided to adopt,under the condition of one coarse grinding,qualified iron concentrate products can be obtained in advance by combination process of low intensity magnetic separation and screening; by adding mid magnetic separation technology can effectively reduce the magnetic inclusions in high intensity magnetic separation,finally get the iron concentrate with yield rate was 39.65%,iron grade of 66.91%,iron recovery rate was 80.57%,test index is good.
