白云鄂博氧化矿尾矿中萤石资源回收试验

摘要: 白云鄂博氧化矿尾矿中蕴含有大量萤石,矿石性质复杂、嵌布粒度细、分选难度较大,通过试验研究,应用新型抑制剂,经稀土浮选—混合浮选(1粗2精)—混合泡沫再磨—萤石浮选(1粗6精)—强磁除杂工艺,得到了含CaF2为95.62%、SiO2为0.69%、CaCO3为0.34%,回收率为59.46%的萤石精矿。

Abstract: There are large amount of fluorite in oxidized ore tailings, Baiyun Obo, with complex ore properties, fine disseminated, and difficult to have a good separation. Using new depressor, through rare earth flotation, bulk flotation (one roughing, two cleanings), regrinding for mixed bubbles, fluorite rough flotation(one roughing, six cleanings), impurity removing by high intensity magnetic separation process, fluorite concentrate assaying CaF2 95.62%, 0.69% SiO2, 0.34% CaCO3, and fluorite recovery of 59.46% is obtained.
