摘要: 介绍了驱动链轮在悬臂式掘进机的第一运输机中的作用及其重要性。结合在加工制造中出现的问题,采用SolidWorks三维模型设计分析软件,对驱动链轮的齿形轮廓及啮合过程中的状态和受力情况进行分析,确定了新的造型和加工方案,取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract: The effect and importance of the drive sprocket in the first convey of cantilever excavator are briefly introduced. Combing with the questions in the process of manufacturing, the Solidworks three-dimensional design analysis software is adopted to analyze the state and stress distribution situation of tooth profile and the meshing process of drive sprocket. Therefore, the new modeling and manufacturing scheme is proposed, and good application effect is obtained.
