Determination of Reasonable Coal Pillar Width of Island Coal Face in Deep Well Under the Conditions of Mining Dynamic Pressure

摘要: 针对丁集煤矿1412(1)综采面实际地层情况,分析了沿空巷道煤柱的作用机理,建立了动压条件下深井孤岛面顺槽煤柱合理宽度的计算数值模型。通过分析煤柱宽度分别为6,8,10 m 3种条件下覆岩层稳定阶段和动压影响阶段的围岩应力分布,煤柱采场及巷道围岩塑性区分布情况,得出当煤柱宽度为6 m时,煤柱上的应力峰值及应力集中系数最小。

Abstract: According to the actual geological conditions of of 1412(1) fully mechanized face of Dingji mine, the control mechanism for surrounding rock deformation of roadway driving along goaf is analyzed in detail, the numerical computation model of reasonable coal pillar of island coal face in deep well under the conditions of mining dynamic pressure is established. The surrounding rock stress distribution of overlaying strata stable stage and dynamic pressure stage, and the plastic zone distribution of coal pillar and roadway surrounding rock with the coal pillar width is 6,8,10 m are discussed. It is concluded that, the minimum values of stress peak and stress concentration factors under the conditions of the coal pillar width is 6 m.
