油相材料与硝酸铵溶液界面性质的实验研究

摘要: 为了分析油相材料与硝酸铵溶液的界面性质,采用剪切型界面黏弹性仪测定两相界面黏度及界面膜屈服值,分析了乳化剂、油相材料与硝酸铵溶液的界面黏度和界面屈服值的关系。实验结果表明:乳化剂质量百分数增加,两相界面黏度及界面膜屈服值增加;T-154高分子乳化剂组成的两相体系的界面黏度值高,界面屈服值大。

Abstract: In order toanalyzethe interfacial properties of the oil phase material and Ammonium nitrate solutionpropellantburning process,the interfacial viscosity and interfacial film yield value are measured by shear interfacial viscoelastic meter.The relationship between the interfacial viscosity of emulsifier,oil phase material,ammonium nitrate solution and interfacial yield value are analyzed in detail.The research results show that,with the increase of emulsifier content percentage,the interfacial viscosity and interfacial film yield value are increased accordingly.The interfacial viscosity value and interfacial film yield value of the two phase system that is formed by T-154 high molecular emulsifier are high.
