混合菌落氧化处理含砷金矿试验

摘要: 为验证混合菌落较单一菌种对含砷金矿有更强的氧化作用,分别培养驯化了At.f菌、At.t菌、L.f菌及混合菌。以某难处理含砷金矿为研究对象,进行了不同菌种氧化难处理含砷金矿对比试验。结果表明:相比单一菌种,混合菌具有更强的砷氧化浸出能力,35 d时砷浸出率达到70.1%;混合菌对铁浸出率略低于纯L.f菌;试验金精矿中金主要被含砷硫化物包裹,混合菌落的相互作用可以加强生物氧化作用。发酵罐扩大试验表明:混合菌对溶液pH的影响有利于金矿的生物浸出,减少额外酸的加入量;Eh升高并维持在较高水平,有利于黄铁矿和毒砂的氧化。

Abstract: In order to validate mixed strains have more biooxidation effect on of refractory arsenic gold ore, At.f, At.t, L.f and all three mixed bacterium was Cultivated and domesticated separately. The results showed that: compared with single bacteria, the mixed bacterium has the strongest ability of oxidation and leaching, the leaching rate of arsenic was up to 70.1% for 35 days; the leaching rate of ferrum for mixed bacterium is a little lower than L.f; Since gold was mainly wrapped by arsenic sulfide minerals, interaction between mixed strains can improve biooxidation. Fermentation tank expanding experiments indicated that: the influence of solution pH by mixed bacterium make the gold leaching more easily, and reduce the dosage of added acid; increase of Eh and maintain in a higher state can help the oxidation operation of pyrite and arsenopyrite.
