电解去除废水中氨氮试验

摘要: 稀土矿浸出废水含有大量硫胺,直接排放会导致地表水氨氮超标,引起环境污染。以实验室模拟配制的氨氮废水为原料,在初始pH为7、Cl-浓度为500 mg/L、极板间距为3 cm、电压为20 V条件下电解3 h,氨氮浓度由100 mg/L降至10.91 mg/L,达到了国家排放标准。正交试验表明,影响氨氮电解去除效果因素的顺序为:电压>[Cl-]>pH>极距。

Abstract: There is much thiamine in rare earth ore leaching wastewater,discharge without purification will cause environmental pollution.Using laboratory simulating prepared ammonia nitrogen wastewater as raw material,with conditions of pH of 7, content of Cl- was 500 mg/L,polar distance of 3 cm,20 V voltage electrolysis for 3 hous,content of ammonia nitrogen decreased from 100 mg/L 10.91 mg/L.Orthogonal test indicated that,factors affect the ammonia nitrogen removal rate decreased by voltage>[Cl-]>pH>polar distance.
