500 m埋深综采工作面矿压规律与支架适应性分析

摘要: 采用直读式压力表和数码连续记录压力计,监测埋深为500 m的综采工作面3个测区在回采过程中支架的载荷及顶板压力变化情况,研究了综采工作面采场整体矿压规律及支架的工作特征,得出埋深500 m的缓倾斜中厚煤层综采工作面老顶初次来压并不同步,机巷一侧的步距大于风巷一侧的结论。通过数据分析,所选择的支架和支护方式满足开采设计要求。

Abstract: The direct reading type pressure gauge and digital continuous recording pressure gauge are adopted to monitor the support loading and the change situation of roof pressure in the process of mining of three measurement areas of the 500 m depth fully mechanized working face.Besides that,the stope pressure regularity and the wording characteristics of stents are researched,so the first weighting of main roof of the fully mechanized working face of 500 m depth slowly inclined thick coal seams are not synchronous,intervals on one side of the machine lane is greater than that of on side of the wind lane.The stents and supporting method in this paper can meet the requirements of mining design by analyzing the datas.
