某硫酸渣选铁尾矿提铁选矿工艺试验

Iron Recovery from a Tailing of Sulfuric Acid Slag for Iron Concentration

摘要: 针对品位为57.10%的硫酸渣原渣经过螺旋溜槽重选得到铁品位超过62%的铁精矿后,尾矿铁品位仍较高且铁回收率只有47.95%的问题,开展了对硫酸渣重选尾矿采用离心选矿机重选、磁选—浮选和脱泥—浮选,3种方案进一步回收铁的试验研究。试验结果表明:采用脱泥—浮选方案效果最佳,尾矿提铁可获得铁品位为59.97%,铁回收率为42.65%的铁精矿,从而使硫酸渣综合精矿品位达到了61.52%,综合铁回收率达到了70.15%。

Abstract: After spiral chute gravity concentration of a sulfuric acid raw slag with 57.10% iron grade, iron concentrate with iron grade of above 62% is received but iron grade of tailings is high and iron recovery of concentrate is only 47.95%. Beneficiation comparison experiments of gravity concentration using centrifugal separator, magnetic—flotation separation, and desliming—flotation process were conducted for iron recovery increasing. The results showed that optimal result can received by desliming—flotation process, iron concentrate with iron grade of 59.97%, iron recovery of 42.65% was received for iron increase of tailings, thus mixed concentrate with iron grade of 61.52%, comprehensive recovery of 70.15% was achieved.
