锗废渣作为水泥掺和料活性激发机理研究

摘要: 锗废渣作为矿产资源开发利用过程中的固体废弃物,长期堆存不仅造成资源浪费,而且严重影响周边环境。对锗废渣的物化性质进行了研究,结果表明,锗废渣可以作为水泥掺和料,Na2CO3、AlCl3·6H2O、Ca(OH)2、NaAlO2均可以作为激发剂,增强试件的抗压强度,其中,NaAlO2的化学激发效果最佳,NaAlO2是通过与水化产物Ca(OH)2反应生成八面体[Al(OH)6]2-,与石膏在碱性环境中生成钙矾石,增强试件强度。

Abstract: Germanium slag, as the solid wastes in the process of mineral resources exploration and utilization, but the storage of slag for long-term not only causes the waste of resources, but also seriously affects the surrounding environment. The physico-chemical properties of germanium slag was researched, and the germanium can be used as cement admixture. Na2CO3, AlCl3·6H2O, Ca(OH)2 as well as NaAlO2 could be used as activator to enhance the comprehensive strength of samples, NaAlO2 has the most activition, NaAlO2 and hydration products Ca(OH)2 reaction and generated octahedral [Al(OH)6]2-, which reaction with gypsum under alkaline environment and ettringite was generated and would enhance the sample strength.
