恩施某鲕状赤铁矿选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Tests on an Oolitic Hematite from Enshi

摘要: 采用磁化焙烧—磁选—反浮选流程对恩施某细粒嵌布鲕状赤铁矿矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在还原剂用量为7%、焙烧温度为850 ℃、焙烧时间为90 min条件下焙烧后,磨细至-0.074 mm占85%,在磁场强度为278.67 kA/m条件下弱磁选,磁选精矿在NaOH用量为 1 500 g/t、淀粉用量为1 200 g/t、CaO用量为900 g/t、RA-715用量为750g/t、2#油用量为20 g/t条件下进行浮选试验,可以获得铁品位为63.78%,回收率为58.72%,含磷0.25%的铁精矿。

Abstract: Magnetic roasting, low intensity magnetic separation, reverse flotation process was carried out on an oolitic hematite, Enshi. The results showed that with 7% dosage of reducing agent, calcinations at 850 ℃ for 90 min, and the roasted products were grinded at fineness of 85% passing 0.074 mm for magnetic separation at 278.67 kA/m field intensity. Iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.78%, recovery of 58.72%, and 0.25% P can achieved through dealing magnetic concentrate with NaOH dosage of 1 500 g/t, starch dosage of 1 200 g/t, CaO dosage of 900 g/t, RA-715 dosage of 750 g/t, 2# oil dosage of 20 g/t for reverse flotation process.
