大口径钻孔联合风库中转长距离通风技术研究

摘要: 针对龙首矿Ⅰ#采区2 600 m独头掘进工作面单机通风有效风量低、粉尘浓度高、柴油机尾气积聚、温度高等问题,提出利用大直径钻孔及风库中转联合通风方式,对关键技术参数进行了计算,从技术可行性、经济性等方面与单机通风进行了对比论证,肯定了钻孔通风与风库中转通风的效果,对今后矿山长距离掘进通风具有指导意义。

Abstract: In view of the low air volume, high dust concentration, exhaust gas accumulation of diesel engine and high temperature of the signal machine ventilation pattern of the 2 600 m tunneling faces of the Longshou mine Ⅰ# mining area, the combined ventilation technology is proposed based on large diameter borehole and wind libraries transition so as to calculate the key technical parameters. Contrastive analysis between the combined ventilation technology and signal machine ventilation pattern are done from the perspective of the technical feasibility and economy. The analysis results show that, the performance of the former is better than the later. Besides that, the research results has the guiding significance for long-distance tunneling ventilation in the future.
