摘要: 通过对不同浮选给矿粒度组成对反浮选过程及结果影响的研究,确定了在浮选给矿产品中解离较差的中间连生体粒子含量较高时,在后续反浮选过程中容易造成浮选过程不稳定、中矿量大且指标不稳定。相比较而言,当浮给产品的粒度组成较均匀、铁矿物解离情况较好时,反浮选中矿量少,有利于反浮选过程的稳定与平衡。

关键词: 阴离子反浮选, 粒度组成, 连生体粒子, 中矿量

Abstract: Based on the research of various distribution of flotation feeding size on the reverse flotation process and results, it is concluded that large quantity of middlings will produced, both the reverse flotation process and indicators are destabilize, when the content of poorly liberated inter-particles is high in the feed. In comparison, when the grain size distribution of feeding is uniform, iron ore is well liberated, few of middlings quantity from reverse flotation, stability and balance of the reverse flotation process will easily achieved.
