紫金山含铜酸性废水治理工业实践

摘要: 总结了紫金山铜矿含铜酸性废水处理工业实践,根据废水水质、水量特征通过膜分离系统、萃取系统、硫化沉淀系统及自动化中和系统实现了水中有价金属元素的综合回收、水资源循环利用或达标外排。叙述了源头控制方案实施现状,并针对目前中和渣的堆存问题指出了含铜酸性废水处理的研究方向,提出源头控制和末端治理技术联合是将来的发展趋势。

Abstract: Industrial application of acid treatment from Zijinshan copper mine was summarized. According to the properties of drainage and characteristics of water yield, comprehensive recovery of valuable metallic elements and drainage recycling or discharging within the standard have been obtained through membrane separation technology, extraction technology, sulfuration sedimentation, neutralization system. Current status for drainage discharge control from the origin was stated. Aiming at the problems of neutralize residue heaping, control from the origin of discharge and end-treatment will the tendency in the future.
