利用尾矿制备井下胶结充填材料的研究

摘要: 采用单因素试验和正交试验对硫化矿浮选全尾矿制备井下胶结充填材料配方和外加剂种类、用量进行了优化。结果表明,充填材料的最优配方为:灰砂比为0.25,水灰比为04,充填剂中水泥、石膏和石灰的用量比为6∶3∶1,并加入占充填剂总质量25%的早强剂MNC-A1,水玻璃140 g/t尾砂,充填材料浓度为70%。在此条件下,所制得的充填材料3 d的抗压强度达到了1668 MPa,可满足矿井下充填材料抗压强度大于1 MPa的要求。

Abstract: The types and amount of admixtures for preparing filling materials were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal test in process of preparing cemented materials by unclassified flotation tailings of sulfide for underground filling. The optimal preparing conditions were obtained as the ratio of cement to tailings ratio 0.25, water to cement 0.4, cement, gypsum and lime ratio of 6∶3∶1, dosage of MNC-A1 2.5%, sodium silicate 140g/t, and filling material concentration 70%. Under these conditions, the compressive strength of filling materials reached 1.668 MPa in three days, which meet the compressive strength (>1MPa) of filling material used underground filling.
