某低品位菱锰矿选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Tests on a Low-grade Rhodochrosite Ore

摘要: 国家工程研究中心;3.东北大学资源与土木工程学院对某矿低品位菱锰矿进行了细粒高梯度强磁选—浮选及高梯度强磁选—酸浸试验。结果表明,强磁选—浮选法不能获得理想的选别指标。对该矿石进行强磁选抛出部分尾矿后,在酸浸温度为80 ℃、酸浸时间为4 h、液固比为 5的条件下进行浸出试验,锰的浸出率可达92.2%,锰的总回收率可达62%以上。

Abstract: High gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests and high gradient magnetic separation-acid leaching tests were carried out on a low grade rhodochrosite ore. The results showed that through high gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests cannot get ideal index. Manganese leaching rate of 92.2% could achieved by acid leaching experiments with leaching temperature of 80 ℃, four hours length of time for leaching, S/L ratio of 5 through dealing with concentrate of magnetic separation.
