低贫化放矿的PFC2D数值模拟

摘要: 以无底柱分段崩落法放矿作为研究对象,利用PFC2D程序分别模拟截止品位放矿和低贫化放矿,以矿石回收率和废石混入率作为比较指标,对所得结果进行对比分析,得出低贫化放矿方式更为合理的结论,能够有效改善矿石的回收效果。

Abstract: Taking the ore drawing of non-pillar sublevel caving method as the research object, the ore drawing mode of low dilution ore drawing and cut-off grade ore drawing are simulated by adopting PFC2D, the ore recovery rate and waste rock mixing rate are regarded as the comparitive indices so as to analyze the simulation results. According to the analysis results, the low dilution ore drawing is capable of improving the ore recovery effect, so it is more resonable than the cut-off grade ore drawing.
