青海某铜矿尾矿回收硫、铁试验及生产实践

摘要: 为充分利用资源,减少尾矿排放对环境造成的影响,对青海某铜矿选铜尾矿中的硫、铁矿物进行回收,分别在弱酸性环境和弱碱性环境下进行了正浮选试验,均取得了较好的试验指标。通过综合考虑,现场生产最终采用弱碱性环境浮选回收尾矿中的硫铁矿物,并获得了较高品质的硫铁精矿。

Abstract: In order to make full use of resources and reduce the impact of tailings emission on the environment, recovery of copper and sulfur from a copper tailing from Qinghai province, positive flotation tests under faintly acid and weakly alkaline conditions were conducted separately, and well separation index was achieved. Weakly alkaline condition was finally chosen for on-site process of recovery copper and sulfur from tailings and high quality of copper and sulfur was obtained.
