岩巷掘进工作面粉尘分布规律及数值模拟

摘要: 运用现场测试和数值模拟相结合的方法,针对薛村矿掘进巷道的实际特点及现场实测数据,应用流体力学Fluent软件模拟在是否安装附壁风筒和除尘器两种情况下,掘进工作面粉尘源产生粉尘的分布及扩散规律。结果表明,在有除尘器除尘时,除了大大降低了巷道内的粉尘浓度外,还改变了残余粉尘的分布空间,改善了工作区域的粉尘环境。

关键词: 掘进巷道, 粉尘扩散, 数值模拟

Abstract: Combining with the spot testing and numerical simulation method andaccording to the actual situation and the measured datas of the excavation roadway in Xuecun mine,the rules of dust distribution and dust diffusion are simulated by the Fluent software of fluid dynamics under the condition of the mural chimney in ventilation and the dust remover are installed or not.The research results show that,installing the dust remover can not only reduce the dust concentration in the roadway but also change the space distribution of the residual dust and improve the environment quality in the working area.
