拜耳法赤泥直接还原—磁选试验

摘要: 针对拜耳法赤泥进行了直接还原—磁选试验,考查了直接还原温度、直接还原时间、还原剂用量、CCO用量、NCC用量对粉末铁品位和铁回收率的影响,经过正交试验得到各个因素的最佳水平,在直接还原温度为1 200 ℃,直接还原时间为2.5 h,煤用量为30%,CCO用量为15%,NCC用量为3%的条件下得到了铁品位为91.34%、铁回收率为88.36%的粉末铁。

Abstract: irect reduction—magnetic separation test were conducted on a bayer red mud. The effect of direct reduction temperature, direct reduction time, reducing agent dosage, CCO dosage, NCC dosage on the iron powder of its grade and recovery were examined. The optimum level of each factor was obtained through orthogonal test: direct reduction temperature of 1 200 ℃, direct reduction time of 2.5 h, coal dosage of 30%, CCO dosage of 15%, NCC dosage of 3%,and iron concentrate with iron grade of 91.34%, iron recovery of 88.36% was obtained in optimum parameters.
