上行孤岛工作面开采可行性数值模拟

摘要: 孤岛工作面开采一直是煤矿管理工作中的难点。根据河南某煤矿3上煤开采形成的31706孤岛工作面情况,采用UDEC软件建立数值计算模型,对孤岛工作面开采覆岩的变形破坏情况及应力分布状况进行模拟分析。研究结果表明,当进行孤岛工作面开采时,工作面整体结构未遭到破坏,两侧煤壁的应力明显减少,同时孤岛工作面位于卸压区内部,使得孤岛工作面内积聚的弹性势能得以释放。论证了该矿地质条件下进行上行孤岛工作面开采是可行的。

Abstract: The work of mining at the isolated island face has always been a difficult field in the coal mine management. According to the general situation of 31706 isolated island mining face which caused by 3上 mining in Henan, the deformation situation of the mining strata of the isolated island and the stress distribution situation are analyzed by the UDED software ,combing with the actual condition on site.The research results show that, the whole structure is not sustain the destruction when mining at island face, and the stress of the coal wall for both sides decreased significantly, in the meantime, the island face is in the internal of depressurization area, which making the elastic potential energy to release in island face. Finally, it is verification that it is very feasible to mine at the isolated island face under the special geological conditions.
