某低品位锰矿还原焙烧—直接酸浸工艺研究

摘要: 根据某低品位锰矿石中锰矿物存在的形态特点,进行了还原焙烧—直接酸浸工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,适宜的还原焙烧工艺条件:烟煤与试样质量比为10%,焙烧温度为700 ℃,焙烧时间为60 min;适宜的浸出条件:液固比为3∶1,硫酸用量为200 mL/kg,搅拌速度为250 r/min,浸出时间为30 min,最终锰浸出率达92.41%。

Abstract: Based on existing morphology characteristics of manganese mineral in a low grade manganese ore, technology condition study of reduction roasting-directly acid leaching was done. The results indicated: suitable reduction roasting technologcial conditions: mass ratio of bituminous coal and sample 10%,calcination temperature 700 ℃,calcination time 60 min; suitable leaching condition: liquid-solid ratio 3∶1, sulfate amount 200 mL/kg, stirring speed 250 r/min, leaching time 30 min, finally leaching rate of manganese reached to 92.41%.
