云南某高氧化率混合铜矿石选矿试验

摘要: 云南某混合型铜矿石氧化率高达47.06%,且大量铜矿物以极细粒与脉石矿物共生,分选难度极大。对该矿石进行了浮选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,采用磨矿—3次粗选—粗精矿再磨—2次精选的闭路流程处理,在有硫化钠活化的情况下,获得了铜品位为23.03%、回收率为54.65%的铜精矿。

Abstract: A mixed copper ore in Yunnan owns a high oxidation rate of up to 47.06%, and the copper minerals are embedded in super fine grain size, and closely associated with gangue minerals, which resulting in difficulty to be classified and separated. The technical conditions for flotation of the ore are explored. The results show that with the activation of sodium sulfide, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 23.03% and Cu recovery of 54.65% was gained by adopting the closed-circuit process of grinding-three roughings-regrinding of rough concentrate-two cleanings.
