摘要: 针对梅山铁矿选矿厂降磷系统存在的精矿中SiO2含量偏高且铁回收率偏低,弱磁、强磁扫选精矿作业产率低,强磁选作业介质盒易堵等问题,通过弱—强磁条件试验分析探讨了现场流程中不同场强下的工艺指标,为现场生产设备场强调整提供参考依据。

关键词: 降磷系统, 浮硫尾矿, 磁选, 磁场强度

Abstract: Some problems exist in the phosphorus reduction system of Meishan Iron Mine, such as high content of SiO2 in concentrate, low Fe recovery rate, low scavenging yields from low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation, easily blockage of media box in high intensity magnetic separation. The discussion on the technical index in on-site process under different magnetic fields is made, which provides a reference for adjusting the magnetic field intensity of the on-site production equipment.
