千米深井大采高工作面覆岩破坏过程数值模拟分析

Numerical Simulation on Failure Process of Overburden Rock of Kilometer Well Large Mining Height Working Face

摘要: 我国近年来千米深井不断增多,覆岩破坏形式和破坏范围也越来越严重。从千米深井大采高覆岩运动和顶板破坏的形式及应力分布特征出发,利用RFPA数值模拟的方法进行了大采高工作面的覆岩破坏过程的研究,得出了在千米深井工作面推采时主应力向两侧转移,且大致沿岩层移动角出现扇形应力降低区的结论。随着工作面的继续推进,采空区上方覆岩破坏和位移具有明显的分带性,各带特征明显不同,但其界面逐渐过渡,空间形态大致呈对称的“马鞍”形分布。

Abstract: Recent years, the number of kilometer well has increasing constantly in China, and the failure form and range of overburden rock also have become more and more serious. Based on overburden rock movements and form and stress distribution characteristics of roof in kilometer well large mining, the failure process of overburden rock of large mining height working face was done by RFPA. The related numerical results have demonstrate that the primary stress transferred to both sides and fan-shaped stress reduced area appears along displacement angle broadly during working face mining of kilometer well is obtained. With the forwarding of working face, failure and displacement of overburden rock appeared obvious distinct zone above goaf, and each zone has obvious different characteristics. But boundary surface transited gradually with spatial form of symmetrical “U-shaped” distribution broadly.
