周油坊铁矿尾矿综合回收铁和云母试验

 Comprehensive Recovery of Iron and Mica from Zhouyoufang Iron Tailings

摘要: 安徽金日盛周油坊铁矿为充分利用资源,对生产中的尾矿进行合理的尾矿再选,并对尾矿中富集的具有工业价值的云母进行分选,实现了总尾矿中铁和云母回收。总尾矿通过粗细分级后,细粒级矿物进行选铁,可以获得品位50.60%,回收率25.86%的铁精矿。分级后的粗粒级矿物进行浮选选云母,获得纯度为96.19%,回收率为37.15%云母精矿,其中白云母含量为73.86%,黑云母含量为22.33%。

Abstract: In order to fully utilize the resouces,recover the iron and mica from the tailings in zhouyoufang iron mine. The iron concentrate with 50.60% grade and 25.86% recovery was achieved by separating the fine minerals after classication for iron. The mica concentrate with 96.19% purity and 37.15% recovery was achieved by floatating coarse minerals after classication for mica. In the mica concentrate the content of muscovite is 73.86%,and biotite is 22.33%.
