降低乳化炸药上向中深孔装药输送压力的方法

摘要: 针对地下矿山采用现场混装乳化炸药进行上向扇形中深孔爆破时,输送压力过高影响安全的问题,根据乳化炸药的特点,提出了将敏化剂溶液包覆在乳化基质外层,使其和输药软管之间形成一层低粘度的润滑膜,以降低输送压力的方法,对采用此方法后的减阻能力进行了理论计算,得到了相应的减阻公式,并通过Fluent模拟验证了方法的可行性。

Abstract: For too high transport pressure could influence the security during upward sector medium-length hole blasting by adopt site mixed-loading emulsion explosive in underground mine,according to the characteristics of emulsion explosive,method of sensitizer solution coated outer of emulsion matrix to form a layer of lubricating film with low viscosity between emulsion explosive and loading hose was proposed to reduce transport pressure,then theoretical calculation was done on the resistance reduction capability,corresponding resistance reduction formula was obtained,and feasibility was simulated verified through Fluent.
