广西某低品位铜镍矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 广西某低品位铜镍矿含铜0.11%,含镍0.18%,铜矿物主要为硫化铜,镍矿物为镍黄铁矿。试验采用浮选—磁选联合工艺流程,在进行了详细的条件试验下,获得了较好的选矿指标。铜镍精矿产率1.83%,品位:铜4.81%、镍7.34%、钴0.31%、银230.60 g/t;回收率:铜88.69%、镍80.12%、钴55.76%、银78.75%。

Abstract: A lowgrade copper-nickel ore from Guangxi contains Cu 0.11%and Ni 0.18%, which mainly exist in the form of pentlandite and chalcopyrite respectively. Under the detail conditions testes, got the better dressing indexes by the untied flowsheet of flotation-magnetic separation. The yield of copper-nickel concentrate achieved 1.83%, the grade of Cu, Ni, Co, Ag each was 4.81%, 7.34%, 0.31%, 230.60 g/t; the recovery of Cu, Ni, Co, Ag each was 88.69%, 80.12%, 55.76%, 78.75%.
