钼钨多金属综合资源开发的技术经济分析

摘要: 针对当前充分利用有限的矿产资源,合理开发低品位和伴生矿产资源的需求,对钼钨精矿市场价格进行分析和预测,并利用预测价格,综合考虑精矿价格和回收率两大主要影响因素,计算出了钼、钨当量折算系数,在此基础上对三道庄露天矿钼钨技术经济指标进行分析计算。计算结果表明:由于目前钨价上涨,过去不符合经济剥采比的矿石经过开采与回收之后可以为矿山增加效益,合理回收钨矿可以延长服务年限,为矿山创造更多利润。

Abstract: Aiming at full use of limited mineral resources, reasonable development of low grade and associated mineral resources, molybdenum tungsten concentrate market price was analyzed and forecasted, and two major influence factors of concentrate price and recovery rate were considered by using forecast price, molybdenum and tungsten equivalent conversion coefficient were calculated, then molybdenum tungsten technical economy indexes of Sandaozhuang open-pit mine were analyzed and calculated. The results indicate due to the tungsten price rises, ores which did not meet the economic stripping ratio could increase benefits for the mine after mining and recovery. Reasonable recycling tungsten could prolong service time and create more profits for mine.
