铁矿山采空区顶板安全厚度数值模拟

摘要: 介绍了当前空区顶板安全厚度的研究现状,以齐大山铁矿为背景,利用FLAC3D和RFPA软件分别对地下隐伏采空区在载荷作用下的顶板稳定性进行分析,模拟了载荷作用下的顶板安全厚度与跨度之间的关系。计算结果显示:齐大山铁矿顶板的安全厚度与地下空区的跨度近似呈线性关系,实际工程中应以顶板最小厚度1.3倍的安全系数考虑。为推断齐大山铁矿顶板矿柱的安全性提供了理论指导。

Abstract: Research status of current roof safe thickness of mined-out area were analyzed. Taken Qidashan iron mine as an example, roof stability of underground hidden mined-out area under loading was analyzed by using FLAC3D and RFPA, and the relationship between safe roof thickness and span length under loading was simulated. Numerical results show that safe roof thickness and span length of underground mined-out area of Qidashan iron mine was close to linear relationship. In the practical project, the safety factor of 1.3 times of calculated minimum roof thickness should be considered. It provides theoretical guidance for roof and pillar safety of Qidashan iron mine.
