某地高铁钾长石选矿试验研究

摘要: 针对福建某钾长石矿,先采用高梯度磁选机进行除铁试验,然后在酸性条件下(pH值2~3),进行长石石英浮选分离试验,获得长石精矿含K2O 9.75%和Na2O 4.36%。为了进一步提高钾长石中K2O的含量,采用氯化钠做抑制剂实现钾长石与钠长石分离,最终获得了含K2O 13.01%,Na2O 2.18%和0.17%Fe2O3的钾长石精矿。

Abstract: For a potassium feldspar ore in Fujian, first using high gradient magnetic separator for removal of iron, then under the acidic conditions (pH=2~3), obtained feldspar concentrates containing K2O 9.75% and Na2O 4.36% afte feldspar-quartz flotation separation. In order to further improve the quality of potassium feldspar, using sodium chloride as inhibitors, realize the potassium feldspar and albite separation, eventually obtaining potassium feldspar concentrates including K2O 13. 01%, Na2O 2.18% and 0.17%Fe2O3.
