摘要: 简述了马钢凹山选矿厂原工艺流程在处理极贫磁铁矿时所暴露出的问题,然后通过小型试验完成了改造方案研究与论证,重点介绍了改造方案和改造后的效果。实践证明,改造后的工艺流程具有显著的提质降杂作用,且有较高的稳定性,可以将凹山选矿厂的铁精矿品位稳定在64%以上。

Abstract: Problems exposed during ultralean magnetite treatment by primary technological process of Ma Steel Washan concentration plant were described briefly, then modification scheme research and demonstration were done through laboratory test, modification scheme and effect after modification were introduced mainly. Practice improved, technological process after modification had significant quality improvement and impurity reduction function and high stability, could steady the iron concentrate grade of Washan concentration plant above 64%.
