基于CFD矿井通风网络解算

摘要: 传统的通风网络解算方法分析网络中风流状态时,都将风流视为定常流动,不能模拟网络中的动态变化过程。实际上,在通风网络发生灾变的情况下经常会遇到非定常流动。通过分析矿井灾变时期通风网络中一维非定常可压缩流体的空气流动规律,应用CFD分析方法,提出新的矿井通风网络解算方法,即特征线法,提高矿井通风管理的质量,增强矿井的抗灾能力,确保煤矿安全生产。

Abstract: In the analysis of airflow status in network by traditional ventilation network solution method, airflow was always considered as steady flow, dynamic changing process in network could not be simulated. Actually, in the case of ventilation network disaster airflow always was unsteady flow. Through the analysis of air flow law of one-dimensional unsteady compressible flow air in ventilation network during mine disaster period, new mine ventilation network solution method-characteristic method was proposed by using CFD analysis method, to improve the quality of mine ventilation management, enhance the capacity for resisting natural disasters of mine, ensure the safety production of coal mine.
