菲律宾某低品位难选铬铁矿选矿工艺研究

摘要: 菲律宾某地铬铁矿石属于低品位难选高铁坡积铬铁矿砂矿,该矿石泥化严重,其中-0.019 mm含量高达69.73%,分选困难。对该样品进行了选矿工艺研究,研究中采用了洗矿、脱泥、重选等技术,最终在原矿Cr2O3含量4.85%的前提下,获得Cr2O3含量44.15%、回收率3423%的铬精矿,铬铁比为1.69。该工艺流程简单,为该类型矿石的回收利用提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract: The chromite ore in some place of Philippines belong to the low-grade refractory slope chromite sands with high content of iron. But this ore are slimed seriously, of which the ores are up to 69.73% -0.019 mm, so it is difficult to separate. Beneficiation tests on this sample are made. Chromium concentrate with Cr2O3 content of 44.15% and recovery of 34.23% is accessed from the raw ores with Cr2O3 content of 4.85% through the process of ore-washing, desliming and gravity separation. And the ratio of chromium and iron is 1.69. This process is simple, and it provides a new way to recycle this type of ore.
