云南某难选金矿石重—浮联合工艺选矿试验研究

摘要: 云南某金矿石含炭质高,金矿物主要为自然金,部分金和硫化矿物聚集程度较高,多数粒度较细小,宜采用富集后再氰化浸出工艺提金。试验研究表明,适宜的富集工艺为-200目占85%的磨矿产品摇床重选,摇尾1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程浮选,可获得金品位295.45 g/t、回收率32.65%的重砂;金品位42.07 g/t、回收率53.46%的浮选金精矿,总金回收率达86.11%。

Abstract: A gold ore in Yunnan carbon-based content is high, gold mineral is mainly natural gold, aggregation degree of partial gold and sulfide minerals are high, most of particle size are fine, after enrichment then cyanide leaching technology is suitable to extracting gold.Test research indicated, suitable purifying technology was grinding product which -200 mesh account for 85% table concentrator gravity separation, tailings concentrator one time roughing twice regrade twice scavenging, middling order return process flotation, heavy minerals with gold grade 295.45 g/t,recovery rate 32.65% and flotation gold concentrate with gold grade 42.07 g/t,recovery rate 53.46% could obtained, general recovery rate of gold reached to 86.11%.
