X射线辐射分选机及分选工艺研究

摘要: 详叙了X射线辐射分选机的发展历史及其工作原理,并介绍了近年来国内外的分选实践,研究表明:低品位矿石经过X射线辐射分选,可以被预先抛弃产率60%左右的合格尾矿,大幅度提高选厂的入选品位,显著提高选厂的经济技术指标。

Abstract: Study on the X-ray Radiation Separator and the Separation Technology Liu Mingbao1,Yin Wanzhong1,Han Yuexin1,Sun Zhongqiang2,Yu Jiujiang3 1. College of Resources and Civil Engineering,Northeastern University;2. Northeastern University Metallurgical Technology Institute;3. Concentration Plant,Jinchuan Group Ltd. The development history and the working principle of X-ray radiation separator were described in detail, and the separation practical data both at home and abroad in recent years were introduced, the research indicated: qualified tailings with yield high to around 60% could discarded in advance through X-ray radiation separation, could increased the milling grade of dressing plant greatly, economic and technical indexes and comprehensive benefit of dressing plant could improved remarkably.
