SLon立环强磁机在黑山钛铁矿的工业试验

Industrial Test on Ilmenite at Heishan by SLon Vertical Ring High Intensity Magnetic Separator

摘要: 承德黑山铁矿采用SLon-1750立环脉动高梯度强磁选机对弱磁选尾矿中的钛铁矿进行回收工业试验。对TiO2品位为16.35%的原矿,在强磁机脉动冲程24 mm、脉动冲次240 min-1、磁感应强度0.225 T条件下,可以抛出作业产率达51.06%的合格尾矿,强磁精矿TiO2品位达到27.40%,回收率达到82.02%。

Abstract: Recovery industrial test was done on ilmenite in tailings after low intensity magnetic separation by adopt SLon-1750 vertical ring pulsation high gradient high intensity magnetic separator at Heishan iron ore in Chengde. Under the condition of high intensity magnetic separator pulsation stroke 24mm, pulsation punching number 240 times/min, magnetic induction 0.225 T,  raw ore of TiO2 grade 16.35% could get out the qualified tailings with operation yield 51.06%, the grade and recovery rate of high intensity magnetic mineral TiO2 reached to 27.40% and 82.02%.
