司家营铁矿高浓度浮选研究与实践

摘要: 简要分析了司家营铁矿选矿厂强磁精矿反浮选系统处理能力不足的问题,结合现场设备的处理能力,在实验室进行了入选矿浆浓度为50%左右情况下的合理药剂制度试验,按最佳药剂制度组织生产,现场取得了铁品位67.50%以上的优质精矿,反浮选尾矿品位仅有16%。

Abstract: Problems of weak treatment capacity of reverse flotation system of high intensity magnetic mineral of Sijiaying iron ore concentration plant are analyzed briefly, combined with treatment capacity of field devices, resonable reagent system test with pulp density around 50% was made in laboratory, phosphorus concentrate with iron grade above 67.50% were obtained at production field based on the best reagent system, grade of reverse flotation tailings was only 16%.
