摘要: 石煤钒矿是我国特有的一种钒资源,储量丰富,近年来石煤提钒生产和研究发展迅速。在论述石煤提钒的主要工艺方法的基础上,通过比较各工艺的优缺点及工业适用性,分析了焙烧与浸出阶段对回收率的影响并总结了石煤提钒工艺的研究方向。

关键词: 石煤, 焙烧, 浸出, 直接酸浸, 回收率

Abstract: Stone coal vanadium ore is our peculiar vanadium resources with abundant reserves. In recent years, the manufacture and research of the technology on vanadium extraction from stone coal are developing rapidly. Discussed the main technology of vanadium extraction from stone coal,bases on this point, analyzed the key problems which affected the technology of vanadium extraction from stone coal with comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology and industrial applicability, then analyzed the recovery influence by roasting and leaching stage. Summarized the research direction of vanadium extraction from stone coal.
