广西某铅锌多金属矿浮选工艺研究

Flotation Technology Research of a Pb-Zn Polymetallic Ore in Guangxi

摘要: 广西某铅锌多金属矿石矿物种类较多,Pb、Sb、Zn、S、Ag品位分别为2.75%、2.33%、12.24%、28.27%、96.08 g/t,属高品位复杂难选锡伴生多金属硫化矿。为给该矿石选矿工艺流程确定提供依据,对其进行了浮选工艺研究。试验确定采用先选铅、选铅尾矿选锌的工艺流程。铅浮选采用组合抑制剂硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠抑制铁闪锌矿、硫酸为活化剂、LW-01为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫浮选脆硫锑铅矿,选铅尾矿以组合抑制剂石灰+y-As抑制硫铁矿和毒砂、硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫选锌,闭路试验可获得铅品位26.93%、锑品位23.35%、锌品位5.45%、银品位960 g/t、铅回收率87.91%、锑回收率87.82%、银回收率86.98%的铅锑精矿,锌精矿锌品位48.67%、锌回收率94.22%的指标。

Abstract: There are many kinds of minerals in a lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Guangxi.The grade of Pb,Sb,Zn,S and Ag is 2.75%,2.33%,12.24%,28.27% and 96.08 g/t,respectively.It is belongs to a high-grade complex and refractory tin-associated polymetallic sulphide ore.In order to provide a basis for the determination of ore dressing process,the flotation process was studied.The technological process of prioity separation lead,and zinc flotation from lead tailings is determined.In lead flotation,zinc sulfate + sodium sulfite was used as combined inhibitor to drepress sphalerite,sulfuric acid as activator,LW-01 as collector,via one roughing two cleaning two scavenging jamesonite flotation.Lead tailings using lime + y-As as inhibitor to depress pyrite and arsenopyrite,copper sulfate as activator,butyl xanthate as collector,via one roughing two cleaning two scavenging zinc flotation.Through closed circuit test,the lead-antimony concentrate with lead grade 26.93%,antimony grade 23.35%,zinc grade 5.45%,silver grade 960 g/t,lead recovery 87.91%,antimony recovery 87.82%,silver recovery 86.98%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade 48.67% and zinc recovery 94.22% can be obtained.
