一次成井技术在北洺河铁矿的应用

摘要: 采用7655型凿岩机进行浅孔凿岩施工切割天井一直是分段崩落采矿法常用方式,但是劳动强度大、效率低,且没有安全保障。为了降低施工切割天井的劳动强度、保证生产作业安全,根据北洺河铁矿地质特点和技术条件,采用国产8930型台车和SIMBA H1354型中孔台车取代7655型凿岩机进行中深孔凿岩和孔内分段爆破一次成井技术。经过大量现场试验验证,一次成井技术缩短工期4 d,提高了劳动效率,取得平均崩落高度8 m以上的良好爆破效果,按照北洺河铁矿每年施工15个切割天井计算,可节约11.98万元,为矿山降本增效提供了有效的技术支持。一次成井技术值得在全矿推广应用。

Abstract: The cutting shaft construction by shallow drilling based on 7655 drilling machine is the common method for sublevel caving mining operation,but the shortcomings such as high labor intensity,low efficiency are existed,beside that,the operation safety cannot be ensured.In order to reduce the labor intensity of the construction of cutting shaft and ensure operation safety,according to the geological characteristics and technical conditions of Beiminghe Iron Mine,one blasting shaft excavation technique based on medium—length drilling and hole segmented blasting by domestic 8920 drilling trolley and SIMBA H1354 medium—length drilling trolley instead of 7655 drilling machine is proposed.By verification of field test results,the construction period is shortened by 4 days,the labor efficiency is improved,and average caving height is higher than 8 m by using the technique proposed in this paper.According to the calculation results of the construction of 15 cutting shafts of the mine,about 119 800 yuan can be saved.The technical support for the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the mine is provided.The one blasting shaft excavation technique is worth applying in the whole mine.
