无煤柱开采技术发展现状及研究方向

摘要: 介绍了无煤柱开采技术的应用特征,概括了英国、加拿大,南非以及我国在无煤柱开采技术方面的发展历程及现状,认为我国在无煤柱开采方面存在的问题主要有:沿空留巷充填材料及设备成本高,传统的沿空留巷理论与围岩控制要求不匹配,沿空留巷巷帮支护设计理论不完善;沿空掘巷留设煤柱的位置及尺寸理论不健全,控制围岩变形破坏的支护技术和方法无法完全适应现代煤矿的发展需要。结合目前围岩控制理论和支护技术方面的问题,讨论了关于沿空留巷和沿空掘巷巷道围岩控制技术的发展方向和前景,供相关研究借鉴。

Abstract: The application characteristics of coalless pillar mining technology is discussed,the development history and current situation of coal mining technology in the Unite Kindem,Canada,South Africa and China are summarized,and the problem of coalless pillar mining existed in our county is analyzed.The results show that:cost of the filling materials and equipment of rock and air retaining lane is high,the traditional rock—stay roadway theory does not match the surrounding rock control requirements,and the design theory of roadway retaining support is not perfect;the position and size theory of leaving coal pillars in rock—air roadway is not perfect,and support technology and methods for controlling deformation and destruction of surrounding rock cannot fully meet the development needs of modern coal mines.Combined with the current problems of surrounding rock control theory and support technology,the future development direction and prospects of surrounding rock control technology for rock roadway and rock roadway are presented,so as to provide some reliable reference for the corresponding study work.
