红岭铅锌矿矿房回采稳定性及地应力分布规律FLAC3D数值模拟分析

摘要: 红岭铅锌矿现存大量采空区,为确保矿山安全开采,结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了矿房在回采过程中的稳定性及地应力分布规律。结合矿区现场调查、室内岩石力学试验及参数处理结果,采用FLAC3D软件构建了数值模型,评价了4个中段各矿房的回采稳定性,分析了矿房回采对上下盘围岩的稳定性的影响规律以及塑性区分布特征。研究表明:①矿房跨度、采空区暴露面积以及相邻间柱尺寸差别是影响矿房危险性评价的重要因素;②随着开采深度不断增大,各中段顶底板应力显现越明显,采空区对其上盘围岩的拉应力范围也越大;③三中段3109矿房和四中段4102、4105、4108矿房属于危险性矿房,需及时采取适当的支护措施。

Abstract: large number of goafs existed in Hongling PbZn Mine,in order to guarantee the safety mining of the mine,based on FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the stability of chambers during the stoping process and distribution characteristics of insitu stress are studied in depth.Combing with the field investigation results,indoor rock mechanical test results,the numerical model is established by using FLAC3D software,so as to evaluate the stoping stability of the chambers in four middle sections,and the analyze the influence regularities of chamber stoping to the stability of its upper or lower surrounding rock and the distribution characteristics of plastic zones.The study results show that:①chamber span,exposed area of goaf and the size difference of adjacent column are the important factors that affects the chamber risk assessment;②with the increasing of mining depth,the tensile stress and compressive stress of the roof and floor of the middle sections are appeared obviously,the tensile stress range of the upper surrounding rock of goaf is more greater;③the 3109 chamber of three middle section and 4102,4105 and 4108 chamber are belongs to the dangerous ones,it is necessary to take some relative supporting measures.
